Lodge opens 9:15 (we need time to fix the fences from the 2:30 wind blast yesterday afternoon)…first bus at 10, last bus 3:15, prime time for $5 off at 12:30.
Season Passholders:
If you have all wheel drive and snow tires (why would anyone have otherwise in this town?), you may park and “boot up” at the mid mountain lodge, but do not ski down before 10 a.m. when Ski Patrol is on duty. And don’t miss last bus!
Our hero groomers went out in the storm last night to bring you a few fresh runs. Their report: “We got lost bear, sister bear, shreds, haw/Alpenglow and the Bear Cub beginner area. Wild blizzard out there.”
It was a wild afternoon, with a quick splash of drizzle, 30’s for temperature dropping to 8 above in one wild run, then heavy snow, leaving us an inch or two overnight.
At 6 am temps are now ranging from 5 at the base to 15 on top with a light breeze from the north (our favorite direction). For current condtions, check the weather buttons below.
