Finally. Moose Mountain has now received plenty of snow to open this weekend. We will probably skip Friday due to predicted lows in the -20’s and we have a lot of plowing and new driver training to do. Passholders will have Friday noon to 4 for a last chance to pick up your passes before opening day mobs arrive.
p.s. Powder poachers in the meanwhile will be persecuted and banished as shredding without ski patrol on site is illegal via Alaska statute.
On Saturday, it will be first bus at 10 last bus at 2:45 for last run by 3. The winter solstice is only 2 weeks away from this coming Sunday…yikes!
