Sunday, January 16. Moose Mountain will be open today and tomorrow Martin Luther King day, from 10 a.m. until 3:30 for skinning/hiking and self shuttle. Upper gate will close at 3:15. We are not offering rentals or lessons
It’s snowing this morning, with a trace of new so far. At 7 a.m. temperatures are 2 above at the base lodge and 1 below on top.
Groomer’s choices this morning are Sluice Box, White Spruce, and Glacier Bear. Thank a groomer today for putting his shred weary body on a machine after skiing all day. Shredding was awesome yesterday as it will be again today.
To save time at the base lodge, get your passes in advance at shredthemoose.com, and we’ll have them ready for you.
For our dream team’s protection we require mask and vaccination card (or photo of it) to enter the base lodge. Consider it a reward for helping to protect us so we can continue to serve you.
Speaking of keeping us and our neighbors safe, speeding, tailgating, and passing on the road up are unacceptable, and will result in loss of shuttle privileges. It only takes 8 minutes to drive up, and you can easily get 3-4 runs/hour in heated uphill comfort.
Another great day is in store. We’ll see you soon!
