OPENING SATURDAY, NOVEMBER  23RD

Gates and doors open by 9, first bus at 10.

There is powder on groomed slopes, and it’s snowing again today. We will be at the lodge late morning today (Sat 16th) if any passholders want to show up, get photo’d, get pass, and avoid first weekend lines at the ticket counter. Our plan is to groom a few intermediate runs and leave the rest to shred. We call it a “soft opening”. It’s always a good time. See you soon!

In the meanwhile, we highly discourage skiing, sledding, boarding, poaching, and leaving tracks on our slopes.  Untracked snow on a groomed base is our most valuable product and is not free for the taking. We work hard to achieve it.   It is also unlawful in Alaska to ski or board at a licensed ski area without certified ski patrol on site.  Thank you for understanding, and we’ll all have a great time next Saturday.
