Moose Mountain Skin, Ski & Board 2024-25 Season Pass Agreement

I, the undersigned 2024-25 Moose Mountain Ski Resort Season Passholder at understand and agree:

  1. My season pass must always be worn when I skin or ski/board at Moose Mountain. My pass is nontransferable. Allowing its use by another person is cause for Moose Mountain to revoke my pass without a refund & trespass me.
  2. Passes must be visible & easily scanned when skinning on the mountain or before boarding a bus.
  3. The pass remains the property of Moose Mountain. Moose Mountain retains the right to revoke the pass and not sell me future passes if I disregard this agreement or any ski area policies or directions given to me by authorized Moose Mountain personnel (staff or ski patrol). Certain areas may be closed due to hazards or for safety reasons. I agree to abide by these closures and to stay within ski area boundaries. Caution will be used in the parking lot & bus loading areas.
  4. My Season Pass is non-refundable. The duration of the ski season, conditions, and the amount of the area open for public use are subject to natural forces beyond the control of Moose Mountain. Moose Mountain makes no guarantees as to the number of days or the amount of the mountain which will be open for skiing, or for the quality of the skiing conditions.
  5. If I am a parent or guardian of children & teens (under 18) with a Moose Mountain season pass, I accept responsibility for informing my children of Moose Mountain policies governing the use of season passes, as well as all general policies and rules which govern skinning, skiing, or snowboarding at Moose Mountain. I accept responsibility for my child's actions while he or she is at Moose Mountain.
  6. If the pass is lost, stolen, damaged, defaced, or otherwise unusable, it will be inactivated, and I must pay a 50% replacement pass fee. Moose Mountain may grant me a discounted ticket at 50% of the full daily rate on a one-time basis if I forget my pass. Thereafter I will be charged the FULL DAY RATE. My pass will be forfeited if used on that day.
  7. Skinning, skiing, and snowboarding are hazardous activities with many dangers and risks. Injuries are a common and an ordinary occurrence for these sports. I freely accept and voluntarily assume the risks of personal injury, death, and property damage. I release Moose Mountain, it’s employees and agents from any and all liability from personal injury, death or property damage resulting from negligence, conditions of the premises, operations of the ski area, actions or omissions of employees or agents of the ski area, or from any participation in skinning, skiing or snowboarding.
  8. My pass is valid on days when Moose Mountain is OPEN with Ski Patrol on site. Skinning, skiing, or snowboarding on CLOSED days will be considered trespassing and may result in loss of my pass without recourse. Skinning Passes are not valid for bus transport. A day ticket or pass upgrade would be required.
  9. Dogs or other pets are not allowed. Please leave them at home. Note: Ski Patrol dogs may be on site.

I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this agreement.
