“Pleasant Weather this Weekend. High pressure building over the Yukon Territory and eastern Alaska will support near average daytime highs this weekend. The flip side will be strong inversions and cold temperatures in the valleys overnight.”
Moose Mountain will be open today through Monday from 11 to 4. We are open for skinning, hiking, and self shuttle by season passholders and their guests. It’s 39 degrees warmer at Cleary Summit than at the airport at 6 a.m. The sunshine is coming on strong these days and bringing the temps up by as much as 20 degrees by mid afternoon.
Fresh groomers include Sundance, Solar Coaster, Waterfall, White Spruce, Sluice box, Goldpanner, Haw, Northern Light, Lost Bear, Sister Bear, and Brother Bear
Our lodge, rentals, lessons, and snack bar are closed for the season. Masks are required at the base and summit areas when around other people.
